Does your organisation have a requirement to transport Gas Bottles or Cylinders offshore ?

Safelift Offshore have recently completed the build of 4 Gas Racks for Cylinder handling, which have a SWL of 1500 Kgs and were engineered & built in full compliance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 10855-1:2018 / DNVGL-ST-E271 2.7-1:2017 codes or standards.

They were specially configured so as to accommodate a specific Gas Cylinder size & type using a compartment arrangement as can be seen in the photographs.

Top coat paint colour was as per our client's requirement as was numbering or identification system used. A wire rope lifting set plus forklift pockets were incorporated in the design to facilitate different means of handling.

A full "As Built" approvals & certification pack has been issued to the client. Each unit has been individually load tested & NDT examined as per our company policy.

They are destined for use aboard an FPSO located overseas.
