Modular Spreader Beam Solution

Safelift recently completed a turnkey solution within a very tight timescale to enable Conoco Phillips to remove a Flash Gas Compressor Motor on the Judy platform.

On review of the drawings Safelift advised that a triple modular spreader beam system would be the preferred solution to enable the motor to be lifted safely utilising the versatile lightweight system. As the project was a one off, it was more economical for the client to hire the equipment. Safelift supplied the beams and associated rigging on an adhoc hire from their extensive hire fleet providing a very cost effective solution.

The equipment was delivered on time and the 8te motor was removed successfully.
